What are the age restrictions at the venue?
We welcome guests of all ages, with the following guidelines:
- Under 18s are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- They must stay with and under the supervision of parents.
- Large groups of under 18s are not permitted.
- Under 18s must leave by 19:30, with exceptions made case by case.
Your safety and enjoyment are our priority. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
Please note that without a physical copy of your ID, you will not be allowed entry to the venue. -
Is Dalston Roofpark covered in case of bad weather?
We have plenty of coverage and heaters to keep us dry and toasty over winter.

Is Dalston Roofpark heated?
You bet. We have heaters, blankets, and a proper winter cover.

Are Dogs allowed at Dalston Roofpark?
Yes! We are a dog-friendly venue : )

What happens if I accidentally leave something at Dalston Roofpark?
If you accidentally leave anything behind, please drop us an email at enquiries@dalstonroofpark.com and a member of the team will get back to you. Please be aware that any lost property left for more than 4 weeks will be given to charity.

Do you accept cash and card as payment methods?
We do NOT accept cash. We do however accept cards including AMEX and Apple Pay.

Do you have a dress code at Dalston Roofpark?
We want you to be comfortable and more importantly yourself. No dress code needed (although clothing is required)!

Can I smoke at Dalston Roofpark?
We allow smoking in any area that is uncovered; we also ask that you also vape in areas that are open.

Food & Drink

What food do you have on offer?
We work with Street Greek, which serves Mediterranean food and feature a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

What happens if I or one of my group has a dietary requirement?
Please state when making your booking if anyone in your party has any dietary requirements. Whilst our food partner will try and cater to these, please be aware that there is a chance they might not be able to.

Can I bring my own food or drink?
We don’t allow external food or drink (other than birthday cakes); everything you need you can find up on the roof.

What time are last orders?
Last orders are 30 minutes before Dalston Roofpark shuts. This will give you enough time to drink up, and make sure to collect all your belongings.

ID Disclaimer - No ID No Entry
Dalston Roofpark implements a Challenge 25 policy; everyone will be asked for ID on entry. Please don’t forget yours as only a physical copy of your ID will be accepted.

What forms of ID do you accept?
We accept valid passports, foreign national ID cards, driving license, or PASS hologram as identification. Without a physical copy of your ID, you will not be permitted entry.

Covid-19 Entry Requirements
In line with the latest Government regulation, proof of NHS Covid Pass or a negative lateral flow test are no longer required to access the venue.

Is Dalston Roofpark an accessible venue?
The venue is currently accessible through 4 flights of stairs. Unfortunately, lift access directly to the roof is not available at the moment. This is something we are working on–please contact us directly at enquiries@dalstonroofpark.co.uk if you have any questions regarding accessibility, and provide a phone number via email if you prefer to discuss over the phone.

Does Dalston Roofpark have gender-neutral toilets?
All our toilets are gender-neutral – just queue up and head to the next free cubicle.

Is there parking nearby?
There is parking around Dalston, but we advise that you pre-plan your route if you decide to drive.

Do you have a cloakroom?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a cloakroom, and do not provide any storage for luggage – please only bring what you need.

What are your opening hours?
We are currently open 4 pm-midnight on Fridays, and 3 pm-midnight on Saturdays.

How do I make a reservation?
Head to our bookings page where you can make table reservations.

What happens if I’m late for my booking?
We will hold all bookings for 20 minutes; after this, we cannot guarantee entry. Anyone from your party who has not arrived within this window will need to queue.

Do you accept walk-ins?
We do accept walk-ins, however please be aware that we always advise booking on busier periods such as Fridays and Saturday evenings.

Can I hire the venue?
Dalston Roofpark can be hired for private events. If this is something you are interested in, get in contact with our Sales manager at enquiries@dalstonroofpark.com, or our Marketing & Partnerships manager denise@fieldvision.co.uk for brand collaborations.

It’s a special occasion, can we bring a cake and balloons?
We love a special occasion as much as the next person, and we especially love to see homemade cake creations, so feel free to bring them along. Balloons are allowed, but please make sure they are weighted (we don’t want to cause an Overground issue due to a balloon on the line). Unfortunately, confetti is not permitted, mainly because it is a nightmare to clean up. Trust us on this one.

Can we book a table for longer than the standard allocated 2-hour slot?
Please add a note to your booking if you would like to book a table for longer than 2 hours. This may not always be possible, however we will try our hardest based on availability. If your booking can be extended, you will receive an updated confirmation stating times. For any questions or concerns, drop us an email at enquiries@dalstonroofpark.com

Can we remain at the venue once our 2-hour booking window is up?
If you wish to remain at the venue once your 2 hour table booking is up, let one of our team members know and we will try our hardest to accommodate you. Unfortunately this may not always be possible due to limited venue capacity and table availability.

Can I cancel my booking?
You are free to amend or cancel your booking until 24 hours before your arrival time. Should you fail to show up to your booking, a late cancellation fee of £5 per person will be charged.
Children

Are Children allowed at Dalston Roofpark?
Children are not allowed at Dalston Roofpark past 7 pm during our regular opening hours. For a promoted event, please check with the promoter or drop us an email at enquiries@dalstonroofpark.com.

Is there somewhere I can store a pushchair?
We have limited availability for pushchairs to be kept in our reception area. Please note any pushchairs left are at your own risk.

Are there baby change facilities?
No, we do not provide baby change facilities. We recommend preparing accordingly before your visit. For further assistance, please contact our staff.
